1. Account & Subscription
- Users must provide accurate information when signing up.
- Subscription Billing:
- Monthly ($4.99) or annual ($49) plans auto-renew until canceled.
- Refunds are not provided for partial months. Cancel anytime via your account settings.
- We may terminate accounts for violations (e.g., fraud, abuse).
2. User Responsibilities
- You will not:
- Reverse-engineer, spam, or misuse the App.
- Share login credentials or redistribute paid content.
- Use prompts for illegal/unethical purposes (e.g., harassment, plagiarism).
3. AI & Content Disclaimer
- Ucleus does not guarantee AI output accuracy. Use responses at your own risk.
- We're not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
4. Payments & Refunds
- All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.
5. Privacy
- Data use is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect:
- Email, payment info, and prompt history to improve the service.
- We never sell your data.
6. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms. Continued use = acceptance.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Ucleus is not liable for:
- Indirect damages (lost profits, data loss).
- Third-party AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT downtime).
8. Governing Law
- Governed by United States law. Disputes resolved in Florida courts.
