Terms of Service

Last updated: June 19, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the UCLEUS website and the AI intake assistant (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when requested. You may not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in a way that violates applicable law.

The AI assistant

The AI intake assistant gathers basic information to help us prepare a quote or website audit. Its responses are for general informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer, contract, or professional advice. Any project scope, pricing, and timeline are confirmed separately in writing.

Quotes and estimates

Pricing shown on the site (for example, the $500 starter package) reflects starting points and may change based on project scope. A final quote is provided after we understand your requirements. No agreement exists until both parties confirm it in writing.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and code of this website are owned by UCLEUS unless otherwise noted. For client projects, ownership of delivered work is addressed in a separate project agreement. You may not copy or reuse site content without permission.

Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party tools (for example, hosting, email, and AI providers). We are not responsible for the availability or practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UCLEUS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. (Confirm the correct governing law and venue with your attorney.)

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
